You’ll be working with awesome brands. You can expect to be involved in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing campaigns across all digital and social media channels. You will be a member of a team who develops product marketing strategies, you’ll utilize web analytics every single day, and you’ll be developing unique e-mail marketing campaigns. Our specialty is search engine optimization, so you’ll need to be an ace at that as well. Our daily goal is to expand the reach of our brand partners, by building loyalty and awareness.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Oversee social media strategy
Manage and maintain website(s)
Write and optimize content for website and social networking accounts
Track and analyze website traffic flow and generate reports
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
Continually work on Search Engine Optimization
Fix any errors or bugs in online content
Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
Arrange webinars and webcasts
Create online banner advertisements and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
Write copy for email marketing campaigns
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure our brands are at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Work on printed material to supplement online products
Attend marketing and networking events
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Devise and edit unique content for all digital platforms.
Explain coherently to others, without ‘winging-it’ or being overly verbose.
Website and social media content. Not just text, but you’ll need to know Photoshop as well…
Search Engine Optimization.
Strong ability to handle time-sensitive projects and meeting deadlines 100% of the time.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Proven work experience.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
CRM software experience is a bonus.
Strong understanding of website analytics tools.
Set-up and optimize Google Ad Words campaigns – Strong bonus.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
